Welcome to our 3's & 4's class! We are as excited as you are to watch your child transition from the nursery to a real classroom setting! Our goal is to provide a safe and calm environment so that your child can be excited to come to their class!
Did you know that children from the ages of birth to five years are at the most impressionable time of their lives? And we believe that the pre-school years are crucial for developing a child's spiritual foundation! When children are taught biblical truths, it has a direct influence on the entire family's spiritual growth! So, in our pre-school class, we use a cirriculum that teaches key scriptural truths and that lay the spiritual foundation a young person needs in order to enter into a personal relationship with Jesus.
Large Group Time
In Large Group, children will sit with their teachers and share about the things that are going on in their lives. This is an opportunity for teachers to bond with their kids. After Large Group, there is a potty break, and then teachers will escort children to their smal group class.
Small Group Class
Children will play games and do crafts that reinforce the main lesson in Large Group. During snack time, children are encouraged to share their thoughts and fears as the teachers share the concept of Slavation in an age-appropriate way.
Since the older kids are able to earn bible bucks and shop at the bible store, we didn't want to leave out the little ones... so before they leave, they can pick a prize out of the prize box.
