Kindergarten & 1st
In our kindergarten - first grade class, we want to provide a place where kids have so much fun learning about God, that they don't want to miss a single week! We understand that kids are like adults in that we are all on different spiritual levels. Our teachers strive to provide a safe and loving environment where kids can feel free to ask questions and share their feelings. Our mission is to reaffirm the family's values by laying down a spiritual foundation that will lead a child into a personal relationship with Jesus.
Large Group Time
We know that kids today are living in a media-driven generation. That's why we use the "Elevate" curriculum. It provides interactive based games and activities that help kids learn their Large Group class-hands on! The games get kids to participate while they learn valuable biblical principles that they can use in their daily lives.
Small Group Class
At this age, kids are able to memorize verses, and understand the meaning of rewards. So, in this class, we introduce the Bible Buck system. Kids can earn Bible Bucks for bringing their bible, bringing a friend and learning their weekly verse. Then they can shop in our Bible Store for prizes! Each week, parents are provided a take-home flyer, so they can reinforce what their child learned on Sunday. Parents and teachers working together is key to raising a community a faith-filled kids!
